Follow our proven 10-week roadmap from complete beginner to confident boxer.
Week 1 + 2
Learn The Basics
During these first two weeks we focus on making sure all of your boxing fundamentals are perfect and the goal is to slowly work on improving everyone's fitness and making sure everyone in the camp gets to become friends. We introduce you to our coaches, our training styles and our nutritionist.
Week 5 + 6
Step It Up
These sessions are more contact focused and the intensity of the fitness sessions pick up. These are some of the most important weeks of your camp
Week 10
Fight Night
This is what you have been training for! Step into the rin against another beginner and showcase everything you have learned.
Week 3 + 4
Build Confidence + Boxing Defence
During these next two weeks we focus on your boxing defence and introduce light and controlled sparring sessions.
Week 7 + 8 + 9
Advanced Boxing Drills and Sparring
During these weeks we sharpen fight IQ with high-intensity pad and bag complexes, partner reaction drills, and situational sparring. We emphasise ring craft and controlled sparring rounds with clear objectives. Expect coached feedback between rounds and conditioning that mirrors real fight pace so you peak with confidence and composure.

The Total Beginner
If you have never boxed before Fight Camp is a brilliant way to start1 During the camp you will be paired with and matched with other complete beginners. This camp will take you from beginner to boxer in 10 weeks and you will emerge from the camp fitter, healthier and with great boxing skills
The 'Challenge' Seeker
If you have done boxing fitness classes before and you are wondering 'what's next', then Fight Camp is for you. Step it up a notch with Fight Camp. The sessions in this camp and all of the sparring sessions will help you level up more than hitting a bag every could!
The Fitness Seeker
Some people just join these camps with the goal to get fit (and not have a boxing match at the end). If you are looking for the accountability and comradery of joining a training camp then this is for you.

What if I miss some sessions?

Don't worry — you'll still progress! Our coaches will help you catch up on anything you've missed. We understand life happens, and we're here to support your boxing journey regardless of your attendance.

Is this suitable for complete beginners?

Absolutely! Most of our participants have never boxed before. Our program is specifically designed for beginners, with expert coaches who specialize in teaching fundamentals in a supportive, ego-free environment.

Do I have to fight at the end?

No — fighting is completely optional! Many people join just for the incredible 10-week training journey, fitness benefits, and confidence building. You can participate fully without ever stepping into the ring for a match.

Do I need my own equipment?

We'll guide you on what's needed when you register. Gum shields and headguards are mandatory for safety and must be purchased. We'll provide a complete equipment list and recommendations for where to get everything.

Is it open to both men and women?

Absolutely! Our camps are safe, inclusive, and welcoming to everyone regardless of gender, age (18+), or fitness level. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive community where everyone can thrive.

What's included in the nutrition coaching?

Our dedicated nutritionist provides personalized meal plans, supplement guidance, and weekly check-ins to optimize your performance and recovery. This is included in your camp fee at no extra cost.

How intense is the training?

Training intensity builds gradually over the 10 weeks. We start with basics and progressively increase intensity based on your comfort level and progress. Everything is scalable to your fitness level.

What happens after the 10 weeks?

Many participants continue training with us! You'll have access to our regular classes and can join future fight camps. We also offer ongoing coaching and sparring opportunities for those who want to continue their boxing journey.
