Online Class Options

10 ROUNDS
This challenging fitness class is designed like a fight – 10 rounds with each round getting a little harder each time! You spend each round boxing combined with short but intense bodyweight and conditioning movements.
PURE BOXING
This is a boxing only class coached by Sean and Paddy Headon. In this class we slow everything down and get nice and technical, consisting of 10 rounds of pure boxing technique. This is a slower class focusing on rotation, defense, footwork and correct form. Perfect for anyone looking to improve their boxing technique regardless of their ability and experience!
HBA SPRINT + BURN
This shorter (but intense!!) class is split into two separate parts. The SPRINT part of the class focuses on fast paced and dynamic cardio movements to push your heart rate into the fat burning zone. In the BURN side we slow the tempo down and really focus on targeting and toning particular body parts. Expect a challenging full body workout!
HBA SIGNATURE SESSION
This workout is divided into two pieces – a boxing piece and a conditioning piece. The perfect class to improve your boxing technique and also get a killer workout in!
HBA SWEAT
This class is coached by Jamie Headon, Ireland’s fittest man in 2015, 2016 and 2017! This is a conditioning only class designed to make you SWEAT from the comfort of your home!
HBA KICKBOXING
This class incorporates your hands, knees, elbows and leg for a full body combat style at home workout!
