Have a look back at the high intensity boxing session we did with fitness YouTube star, Rob Lipsett. Rob is an Alphalete and MyProtein Athlete and like most of our clients, the goal was to take him out of his comfort zone and find out how fit he really is! Over this 60-minute session we showed Rob the basic boxing techniques and gave him an insight into the type of training we do down at the Headon Boxing Academy. As you’ll see in the video, boxing is one of the best ways to vary your training and increase your cardiovascular fitness while have fun at the same time!
