Beginner Boxing Course

This makes an excellent Christmas gift for someone and it is our preferred starting point for every new member! These courses are very comprehensive and participants graduate from these courses with a brilliant boxing technique and fitness foundation and they are also a great way to meet new members before transitioning to the regular classes.
