What will I do in a HBA Class?
All our non-contact classes are 45 minutes. They involve a lot of punching! In our classes you will do our signature bag work, padwork and high intensity fitness and conditioning drills to give you that ultimate boxers body!
I'm a beginner, how do I join?
Don't worry, we specialise in working with beginners, nearly every member who joins the HBA has never done any boxing fitness classes before. That is why we have each client start with an intro session – so you can get comfortable before joining a class and so that we can get to know you better. We scale our workouts to all fitness types – you may exercise all the time or be completely new to fitness and either way we will make sure you will get a good workout.
Will I learn how to box?
Yes! We pride ourselves in teaching our members proper form and technique while getting fit at the same time. We understand that nobody wants to be a pro boxer, but the better you move that harder the workout will be! All our classes are non contact.
Do I need to bring gloves and wraps?
Yes – they are available to purchase in our shop, they will also be available in your local sports shops. They are also available through our membership.
